Personal strategic decision making has changed since Don began coaching
senior executives in 1988. His practice now focuses on faster results in
coaching clients in transition, assimilation to new positions, career
changes plus continuation mentoring for as long as desired. There is less
emphasis on standardized contact methods, resumes, letters and mailings and
more on personally introduced contacts, written and verbal communications
and individual presence. Individual values and goals drive the entire
process.
Don is a successful public speaker, a former media professional, start-up
and turnaround specialist and senior consultant and coach to executives in a
wide range of industries. He is an alumnus and board member of the Peter F.
Drucker Graduate School of Management alumni association. He is a founding
member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association. He is a member
of Phi Delta Kappa, national education honorary. He also holds a BA in
Education, with Distinction, from the University of Arizona.
